One Bedroom Apartments                                     
Located right next door to Alton's Dive Center these newly built apartments are on the bay with their own dock. Tastefully furnished and decorated, with full kitchen, AC, ceiling fans, wireless internet and cable TV. There are also two hotel rooms that can be included to form 2 bedroom apartments or rented separately. Hotel rooms have private bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, AC, ceiling fans, wireless internet and cable TV.

The Boat House
Located so close to Alton's Dive Center that you can turn up for diving by taking a short swim in the morning! The Boat House is located on it's own dock and is a two bedroom vacation home that is literally over the water.  Wrap around deck and stairs leading into the sea make this a perfect unit for swimming, taking dips throughout the day, or just lounging on your dock.  The boat house has 2 fully equipped bedrooms, cable TV, a full kitchen, french doors that open on to your own deck with views over the bay, and air conditioning. There is also a separate 1 bedroom suite available.
