Without a doubt the most comprehensive divemaster course available in the Caribbean. Alton's Dive Center is the only NAUI Pro Platinum and PADI training facility in the Caribbean so we took full advantage to deliver a single training program that delivers at a minimum dual divemaster certifications in the world's top two biggest professional dive agencies.
We offer 3 specialties for free (Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Nitrox Diver) and a further 2 specialties at cost price, plus with you will be in position to apply for both NAUI Master Scuba Diver (if you don't already have it) and the PADI Master Scuba Diver. If you are a collector of C-Cards you can complete a total of nine certifications from a single training course!
Teaching both the NAUI and PADI courses we found that the PADI course places more emphasis on assisting instructors in classes while NAUI has greater emphasis on leading and organizing dives. There are different dive projects on each course such as map making, organizing and leading a night dive, open water rescue practices, etc. Pulling all these different elements together into a single course, covering the academic requirements for both courses in a unified classes has created an exceptionally strong divemaster course.
The Combo course lasts about 1 week longer than the PADI Divemaster and about 2 weeks longer than the NAUI Divemaster.
