Right between two visits - last year I brought all my students (26!) over from Germany, they even crossed the Atlantic Ocean by sailing ship (only!) :) to do their NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver here. (Ok, in Curacao most of them started with doing their PADI OW... :)
February 2011 it will be the same and meanwhile I gonna complete my \"PADI/NAUI-Divemaster-Combo\"!!! Yay! Can\'t wait to see you guys again, it\'s really like visiting old friends again!

Time to kick back and spend some down time relaxing on Utila's beaches. Two beaches in East Harbor provide nearby beach time, but if you want to venture further then you can hike to a remote beach which you will have all to yourself. Or get a boat to the cays and spend the day on an island of sand and palm trees...
Utila lies only 18 miles from mainland Honduras, and is easily accessible by air or sea.
Banking can some times be a little tricky on Utila. The best thing is to be prepared! There are only two banks on Utila one accepts only VISA and the other also accepts MasterCard.
Utila is small enough to easily get around on foot - but to get around Utila and really see the island you need some wheels.
Utila is home to a huge variety of dive sites making the island a great place to spend a couple of weeks diving. Here are some of our favorite dive sites, and we think they will also become some of yours! 
Utila's has a good selection of bars set along the two main streets of the town. Somewhere for a relaxing after dinner cocktail or somewhere to party until the sun comes up.
As the sun goes down thoughts turn to sunset cocktails and the toughest decision of the day. Where to eat? Utila has plenty of options for you to choose from. Here are a selection for you to have a quick look at.
